LAHORE: On the direction of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the registration of the Honhar Scholarship Program has started.
As per the report, the initiative aims to meet the requirements of the global job market, scholarships will be given to 30,000 students in 68 disciplines under the Honhar Scholarship Program.
Meritorious scholarships will be given to students of 50 public sector universities, 16 medical colleges, and 131 graduate colleges.
Scholarships worth 130 billion rupees will be provided in 8 years under the Honhar Scholarship Program. 120,000 students will benefit from the Honhar Scholarship Program in the next 4 years. Students can apply at Honhaarscholarship.punjabhec.gov.pk.

Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that Alhamdulillah, another promise has been fulfilled in her first speech. The launch of the Honhar Scholarship Program is an important milestone.
