Govt to launch AI, computer classes in Islamabad primary schools

ISLAMABAD: In order to promote digital literacy and prepare young minds for the future, the Federal Ministry of Education announces that computer and artificial intelligence (AI) classes will be started in 150 primary schools in the educational institutions of Islamabad next week.

As per a statement issued by FDE, the plan aims to give students the needed technical skills and knowledge, helping to create a generation that is ready for the challenges of a more digital world.

The program is a joint effort between the Federal Ministry of Education and the National University of Sciences and Technology, ensuring that the curriculum is modern and relevant, and that computer instructors are qualified and trained.

Developed in consultation with leading technology companies, the curriculum focuses on basic computer skills and artificial intelligence concepts, designed to effectively engage young learners.
