ISLAMABAD: Renowned religious scholar Dr. Zakir Naik has announced a visit to Pakistan next month along with Sheikh Faruk Naik.
In a post from the official account of Dr. Zakir Naik on the social media website X (Twitter), it was announced that Dr. Zakir Naik and Sheikh Faruk Naik will visit Pakistan on the invitation of the Government of Pakistan.
Social media post also mentioned the schedule of Dr. Zakir Naik visit to Pakistan, which stated that he would address public gatherings in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
According to the schedule released by the official account on the social website, Dr. Zakir Naik will speak in Karachi on October 5-6, Lahore on October 12-13, and Islamabad on October 19 and 20.

The social media post stated that his address will also be broadcast live on the religious TV channel Peace TV.
It should be noted that earlier, Dr. Zakir Naik has said that if he wanted, he could have taken permanent residence in Pakistan instead of leaving India and going to Malaysia, but he did not do so based on some reasons.
In an interview with a Pakistani YouTuber, Dr. Zakir Naik said that if he had decided to stay in Pakistan, the Modi government would have gained more prestige and could have accused him of working for the ISI, in which case it would have been difficult for the organization to work.

Dr. Zakir Naik argued that the principle of Shariah is to accept a minor defect to avoid a major defect.
Dr. Zakir Naik said that it would have been very difficult for him to leave India, so he is staying in Malaysia as a precautionary measure. The Indian government has made several allegations but has not been able to prove any of them so far.
