Media reports suggest that the Shawwal moon is expected to be seen in Pakistan on April 10, with the first day of Eid anticipated on April 11 (Thursday).
Eid-ul-Fitr 2024: Expected Holidays in Pakistan
If Eid begins on April 11 in Pakistan, a five-day holiday is expected, commencing from April 10 (Wednesday).
If Ramadan lasts for 29 days, Eid will occur on April 10, and holidays are expected to commence from April 9.
In both scenarios, it is anticipated that all offices, markets, and educational institutions will resume operations on April 15 (Monday).
