ISLAMABAD: The special court has granted an extension to the judicial remand of Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood in the cipher case.
Special Secret Act Judge Abul Hasanat presided over the cipher case proceedings involving PTI Chairman Imran Khan at Attock Jail, where members of Chairman PTI’s legal team, including Latif Khosa, Naeem Panjhota, Barrister Salman Safdar, and Umeer, were present. Niazi was in attendance at the court session.
Following the hearing, Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain decided to prolong Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf’s judicial remand until October 10 in connection with the Cypher case.
Meanwhile, PTI Vice-Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi appeared before the judicial complex in the cipher case, where court personnel were present to oversee the proceedings.
Subsequently, the court extended Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s judicial remand until October 10.
