ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission has released voter data spanning from 2018 to 2023.
As per the Election Commission’s report, the voter count in the nation stood at 105,955,409 in 2018 and has surged to 126,980,272 in 2023.
For Islamabad, the Election Commission reported 765,447 voters in 2018, which has grown to 1,041,554 in 2023.
In the Punjab province, the voter count in 2018 was 66,727,771, and it has now climbed to 72,310,582, according to the Election Commission.
Sindh’s voter count in 2023 has risen to 26,651,161, compared to 22,391,244 in 2018, according to the Election Commission.
Furthermore, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa recorded 21,692,381 voters this year, while in 2018, the count was 15,314,169. In Balochistan, the number of voters has reached 5,284,595 in 2023, up from 4,299,494 in 2018.
The Election Commission has also provided age-based voter data:
1- Voters aged 18 to 35 number 5,795,197 in the country.
2- Those aged 36 to 45 account for 27,794,708 voters.
3- Voters aged 46 to 55 are 18,124,028 in number.
4- There are 11,889,259 voters aged 56 to 65.
5- The population of voters above 66 years of age stands at 10,207,088, as per the Election Commission’s information.
