Four Personnel Martyred in Assault on Security Check Post in Balochistan’s Shirani District

QUETTA: In a tragic incident, four personnel were martyred during an assault on a security forces check post in Shirani district of Balochistan. According to the authorities, the attack targeted the check post located in Dana Sar area of Shirani district, and in the ensuing exchange of fire, one of the assailants was also neutralized by the security forces.

Law enforcement officials have commenced a thorough search operation in the vicinity following the shooting episode. Chief Minister Balochistan, Abdul Qudous Bizenjo, expressed his strong condemnation of the attack on the security check post in Shirani. He affirmed that such cowardly acts would not undermine the morale of the forces, emphasizing that the sacrifices made by the security personnel serve as a guiding light for the entire nation.
