President Arif Alvi sends Supreme Court bill back to Parliament for reconsideration

Islamabad: President Dr. Arif Alvi is set to continue his presidency beyond his term’s completion on September 9, 2023, until the election of a new president.

The proposal to hold general elections either in the first week of October or at the end of September is currently being deliberated.
