ISLAMABAD: The second day of the commercial plots auction organized by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) witnessed a more favorable response compared to the initial day.
A total of PKR 13,074,520,000 worth of plots were successfully sold on the second day. These plots comprised various categories, such as one petrol pump plot, two agro farm plots, one blue area plot, and several center plots.
During the first day, only five plots were sold, generating a total revenue of PKR 4,751,000,000. Over the course of two days, a grand total of 16 plots were auctioned, resulting in a significant sum of PKR 18,500,000,000.
On the second day of the auction, the highly sought-after 4888.88 sq. yard plot located in the Blue Area commanded a bidding price of PKR 1,608,000 per sq. yard. Additionally, the petrol pump plot measuring 4444.44 sq. yard in Sector H-9 received a bid of PKR 756,000 per sq. yard.
