KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah announced the launch of the Laptop Program 2025 for the students of the province.
In his address at Arora University near Rohri, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah announced the launch of the Laptop Program for students across Sindh.
He said that we will also launch the Laptop Program for students; all the needs of the students of Sindh and Arora University will be fulfilled.
During the address of the Chief Minister of Sindh, a student brought a placard demanding a laptop on it. Murad Ali Shah announced that he would provide him with a laptop on his behalf.
Earlier, the Sindh government has announced plans to provide Oxford University scholarships to six intelligent and needy students.

According to the report, a ceremony to sign a memorandum of understanding for the Bhutto Scholarship Program was held in London, attended by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.
Speaking to a private TV channel, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah stated that three scholarships will be awarded to male students and three to female students. The Oxford Pakistan Program will assist in selecting the candidates.
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah mentioned that scholarships have been provided to students in Sindh for some time now.
Additionally, Murad Ali Shah highlighted that Karachi, a city with a population of over 20 million, faces crime-related challenges. Efforts are being made to improve the city under the Safe City Program.
It should be noted that earlier, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif had set a target of providing laptops to students in 90 days. Under the Chief Minister Laptop and Honhar Scholarship Program, modern Core i7, 13th-generation laptops will be provided to Punjab students.

Maryam Nawaz Sharif directed to provide laptops to 2,000 minority students and position holders of Matriculation and F.Sc. Successful students will also get a guard of honor under the laptop scheme.
Laptops will be provided to 20,000 students of universities, 14,000 students of colleges, 4,000 students of industries and agriculture, and 2,000 students of medical and dental colleges. Out of these, 32 percent of students will be from South Punjab.
5,000 laptops will be provided to students in 30 days, and 35,000 laptops by February 20. Students of computer science, medical, science, engineering, social sciences, business, language, veterinary, and agriculture will also benefit from this scheme.
Scholarships will also be given to students of 30,000 government and 10,000 private educational institutions across Punjab.
