ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is planning to offer a number of commercial plots in Islamabad.
A meeting chaired by Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa on Thursday discussed this plan.
The goal is to attract investment and improve the city’s economy and infrastructure.
At the meeting, Chairman Randhawa said it is important to create good opportunities for investors.
He asked officials to find suitable locations for these plots to get good returns and encourage many people to participate in the auction.
The auction will include different types of plots, such as for businesses, farms, shopping centers, industries, technology, hotels, and apartments.
