A spokesperson from the foreign office stated that the prime minister’s stay in Switzerland would span from January 15 to January 19. During this period, he is slated to deliver a keynote address on the theme of “trade tech’s trillion dollar promise.”

Additionally, Kakar is expected to participate in three pivotal thematic events, namely “preventing an era of global conflicts,” “restoring faith in the global system,” and “preventing economic fractures.”

The foreign office representative added that PM Kakar is scheduled to hold meetings with government and business leaders on the sidelines of the event, and he will also spearhead an “invest in Pakistan” session.

According to the report, the annual Forum meeting, boasting the participation of over 300 public figures, including more than 60 heads of state and government, serves as a crucial platform to focus on fundamental principles fostering trust, such as transparency, consistency, and accountability among leaders.

The report emphasized the goal of connecting the dots in an increasingly complex environment, providing foresight by introducing the latest advancements in science, industry, and society.
