KARACHI: At least five people, including four laborers and a passerby vendor, were killed, and four others were injured when an under-construction building collapsed in Karachi’s Shah Faisal Colony No.5 on Wednesday.

Police said that the laborers were laying a reinforced cement concrete roof when it collapsed. The building was in bad shape and the old roof could not withstand the weight of two more roofs, causing it to fall down.
