The prosecutor requested the court not to grant bail to Ahmed Chatta. In response, Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain inquired whether anything was recovered from Sher Afzal Marwat, Ahmed Chatta, and the other MNAs, to which the prosecutor replied in the negative.

Cases have been registered against the PTI MNAs under terrorism provisions at the Sangjani, Tarnool, Noon, and Sambal police stations. These MNAs include Sher Afzal Marwat, Sheikh Waqas, and Ahmed Chatta.
