During the detention, there was a scuffle between Sher Afzal Marwat’s colleagues and the police; however, the police arrested the PTI leader in a cordon and dragged him away while the vehicle was impounded.

PTI’s Aamir Dogar and Ali Mohammad Khan walked out of the Parliament House and left with ease.

After the arrest of Sher Afzal Marwat, more leaders and MLAs of Tehreek-e-Insaf decided to stay in the Parliament House.

Afterward, Barrister Gauhar, Zain Qureshi, and Waqas Akram returned to the Parliament House. The police say that Zartaj Gul and Umar Ayub will also be arrested.

Media sources suggests, PTI leader Zartaj Gul managed to escape by sitting in the back seat of a vehicle and evaded the police, which has also been confirmed by the Tehreek-e-Insaf leadership.
