ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) under the leadership of Chairman Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa has announced allocation of residential plots in Sector C-14 Islamabad to the general public.
The decision, made during a meeting chaired by Chairman Randhawa, entails the offering of one kanal plots through a phased balloting system, following the submission of applications by interested individuals.
In addition to this, the CDA has already allocated a portion of plots to the affected parties of the sector through a land-sharing arrangement. Furthermore, the meeting resolved to collect development charges from the beneficiaries of Sector C-14 and other residential sectors.
Islamabad Sector C-14, located along Margalla Avenue, is attracting many buyers because of its great location.
The Chairman of CDA also said to finish the development work quickly in Sector I-12. He wants all the pending projects done in four months. This shows that CDA is serious about making the area better and improving the city.
