LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has taken action against numerous buildings in Lahore due to bylaw violations and unauthorized commercial activities.
During an operation on Wednesday, LDA teams demolished or sealed over 10 illegal structures in areas including Wapda Town, MuhafizTown, Sunny Park, Audit and Accounts Society, and Khayaban-e-Amin.

According to LDA officials, multiple notices were issued to the owners of these buildings prior to the demolition/sealing.
Supervised by Chief Town Planner Athar Ali, the operation involved enforcement teams, police, and heavy machinery.
LDA Director General Muhammad Ali Randhawa has instructed the continuation of strict operations targeting violations of bylaws, encroachments, and unauthorized commercial activities across Lahore.
