Cipher Case: Imran Khan and Qureshi to be Indicted on October 17

Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi denied bail in cipher case

ISLAMABAD: The special court has scheduled the indictment date for Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood in the cipher case on October 17.

Judge Abul Hasanat, presiding over the Official Secret Act Special Court in Islamabad, oversaw proceedings related to the case involving PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood at Adiala Jail.

Special Prosecutor Zulfiqar Naqvi, attorney Safafi Salman Safdar, the FIA team, and investigators were present in court, along with a copy of the challan.

In the meantime, Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s daughter and son, Zain Qureshi, also arrived at Adiala Jail.

During the hearing, copies of the challan were distributed for the Cyphercase.

The court has officially set the date for charging Chairman PTI and Shah Mahmood Qureshi, which will take place on October 17. Additionally, the court has adjourned further proceedings in the case until the same date.
