ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is gearing up to introduce an advanced residential project specially designed for overseas Pakistanis at Mauza Kuri in the federal capital.
Covering an expansive 14,000 kanal area along Kuri Road, adjacent to Park Road, this scheme will exclusively cater to overseas Pakistanis, according to an official within the CDA.
The official stated that plots within this development will be marketed and sold in US dollars, bolstering the nation’s foreign exchange reserves.
During a meeting chaired by CDA Chairman, Captain (r) Anwar ul Haque, the CDA has granted approval for the selection of a design consultant in the initial phase, in line with a prior decision. The appointed consultant will oversee the project’s implementation and carry out various vital studies, including those related to environmental impact, traffic management, and hydrology.
Moreover, the consultant will be responsible for crafting the infrastructure and road development design, ensuring the seamless integration of all modern amenities into the scheme.
