RAWALPINDI: One prisoner was killed and another injured in a clash between prisoners at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi on Thursday.

The incident occurred in the high-security zone of the jail, where former Prime Minister Imran Khan is also being held.

According to private TV channels, the clash erupted after an argument between two prisoners. One prisoner attacked the other, leading to his death.

The injured prisoner was taken to PIMS Hospital for treatment.
