Pending further developments, the court has suspended the publication of MDCAT results and has requested responses from the chief secretary, executive director of ETA, and the registrar of PMDC.

Furthermore, the High Court has instructed that the results of the MD CAT should not be made public until the next scheduled hearing.

The court has adjourned the hearing of these petitions to September 21. It is noteworthy that students had submitted these petitions with the aim of preventing the release of MDCAT results.

On September 10, the MD CAT examination was conducted for admission to medical colleges nationwide, drawing thousands of student participants.
