RAWALPINDI: Major Mian Abdullah was martyred during a security forces’ intelligence operation in Khyber, as reported by the Pakistan Army Public Relations Department (ISPR).
The operation was conducted in the Shakas area of Khyber based on credible information about the presence of terrorists on the night of July 5 and 6.
According to ISPR, a firefight broke out between the terrorists and security forces during the operation, resulting in the martyrdom of Major Mian Abdullah Shah, who was leading the mission.
According to ISPR, Major Mian Abdullah Shah, 33, who was martyred, is from Kohat.
ISPR further informed that three terrorists and their accomplices have been apprehended as a result of the operation, while ongoing efforts are underway to clear the area of any remaining terrorists.
ISPR emphasized the unwavering commitment of the security forces in eradicating terrorism and stated that the sacrifices made by our troops serve to strengthen our determination.
