ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA), in collaboration with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), has announced a new housing project named Margalla Enclave, aimed at ‘redefining’ urban living in Islamabad.
As per official news agency report, a CDA spokesperson said the project offers residential plots in three sizes: 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal. Flexible payment plans are available for 1, 2, and 3 years to make the project affordable for a wide range of buyers.
CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa described the project as an important development for Islamabad. He said the partnership between CDA and DHA ensures secure investments and provides a well-planned living environment.
Margalla Enclave will include modern infrastructure, essential utilities, and green spaces to offer a comfortable and sustainable lifestyle.

CDA also mentioned the success of its previous project, Sector C-14, where there was a good response during the balloting process. Successful applicants of Sector C-14 are asked to confirm their plots by paying the first installment. Development work in Sector C-14 is progressing, and possession will be given once all payments are cleared.
The CDA stated that Margalla Enclave is part of its efforts to meet the growing housing needs of residents and overseas Pakistanis. For further details, citizens can visit the CDA’s official website.
