ISLAMABAD: Over the past five years, the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) recruited 1,090 individuals into the Central Superior Services, with 410 of them being women.
This represents 40 percent of the total inductions in civil services, a significant increase compared to three decades ago when women comprised less than three percent.
