The young Pakistani Hafiz Quran , Hafiz Mohammed Abu Bakr, clinched the first position in the international Quran Recitation competition held in Iraq.
According to the International Quran News Agency, Pakistani reciter Hafiz Mohammed Abu Bakr has won the first position in the international beauty recitation competition in Iraq.
After winning the beauty of recitation competition, the video of Mohammed Abu Bakr and his recitation is going viral on social media, and users are appreciating the child’s excellent recitation.
Children from 21 countries participated in the competition, which consisted of several rounds, with separate teams of adults and children competing in the semi-finals and finals.
In the Junior category, the winners were:
- Mohammed Abu Bakr from Pakistan (First place)
- Ahmed Hassan Hamza from Iraq (Second place)
- Yasin Gholami from Iran (Third place)
In the Adult category, the winners were:
- Ahmed Jamal al-Rikabi from Iraq (First place)
- Mahmoud El Sayed Abdallah from Egypt (Second place)
- Mehdi Rahmatollah Taqipour from Iran (Third place)
In the children’s competition, Mohammed Abu Bakr won the first position, while a Qari from Iraq won the second position, and a Qari from Iran won the third position.
The winners were awarded honorary shields as well as cash prizes.
In another video circulating on social media, it was seen that he was given a grand welcome on his return home after winning the international recitation competition.
According to media reports, Mohammed Abu Bakr belongs to Mansehra city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and he is a student of the eighth grade.
