MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who has been facing threats to his life for a while now, has received yet another death threat.
The call was made to the Mumbai Police control room on April 10 at approximately 9:00 pm by an unidentified caller.
The caller, who identified himself as Gaurakshak Rocky Bhai from Jodhpur, threatened to kill the actor on April 30.
The police have actively investigated the matter and successfully located the whereabouts of the caller. In light of the ongoing threats, Khan has taken measures to enhance his security and has recently purchased a bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV, which has been imported from international markets as it is not available in India.
Despite the security concerns, Salman Khan has continued with the promotions of his upcoming film “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.” He recently arrived at the trailer launch event in Mumbai in his new bulletproof SUV. Khan was accompanied by co-stars Shehnaaz Gill, Pooja Hedge, Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, and others.
“Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan” is set to release on April 21, according to Private News Media. The Mumbai Police are currently investigating the latest death threat, and Salman Khan’s fans and supporters are hoping for a peaceful resolution to this ongoing issue.
