KARACHI: Earthquake tremors were felt in different areas of Karachi on Wednesday night.
According to local TV channels, tremors were felt in nearby areas, including Malir and Landhi.
Tremors were also reported in Quaidabad and the Superhighway areas.
Residents of Kathor and Gadap reported aftershocks; the quake struck at 8:50 pm on Wednesday.
According to the Department of Meteorology, the magnitude of the earthquake was 3.2 on the Richter scale, with its epicenter located 12 km underground in the New Malir area.
