Nawaz Neither Went Under the Deal Nor Is Coming Back Under the Deal: Rana Sanaullah
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

LAHORE: Rana Sanaullah, a leader of the Muslim League (N), emphasized that Nawaz Sharif stepped up to provide guidance to Pakistan during challenging times and did not succumb to any deals, nor is he returning under any such agreement.

During a press conference held in Lahore, Rana Sanaullah stressed the need for an experienced leader to lead Pakistan out of its difficulties, which is why Nawaz Sharif is returning to take charge of the party at the request of the Muslim League (N). He is scheduled to return home on October 21, and a reception and address are planned at Minar Pakistan, where people from all over the country will gather to welcome Nawaz Sharif in Lahore.

Rana Sanaullah stated that on October 21, Nawaz Sharif will outline the path to transform hope into belief. His arrival in Lahore is scheduled for 5:30 pm on October 21, and the legal team has completed preparations for his security. They will seek bail and submit before the court, firmly asserting Nawaz Sharif’s innocence and expecting relief.

Rana Sanaullah emphasized that Nawaz Sharif did not yield to any deals, neither in the past nor now. He cited Nawaz Sharif’s pivotal role during Pakistan’s challenging moments, including when the Muslim Ummah was striving to acquire nuclear power. Nawaz Sharif’s decision to conduct nuclear explosions had made headlines worldwide and set Pakistan on a distinct path.

Furthermore, Rana Sanaullah noted that if it weren’t for the challenges faced by the new Pakistan, the completion of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) would have been achieved by 2022, potentially leading to Pakistan’s inclusion in the G20 list. He asserted that Pakistan would have faced financial defaults in April 2022 if the disruptive influence had not been removed.

Regarding the stance of the (N) League, Rana Sanaullah dismissed the notion that they had abandoned their narrative, assuring that all matters would be resolved in due course with those who had taken action against them. He pointed out that Nawaz Sharif’s incarceration was a result of his actions and highlighted the conspiracy behind an attack on Pakistan’s defenses on May 9. If the perpetrators had succeeded on that day, the consequences would have been catastrophic.

In conclusion, Rana Sanaullah mentioned that the reduction in the tenure of constituencies was a suggestion and demand put forth by their party. He also suggested that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) had to resort to criticizing them in Punjab to attract voters.
