PESHAWAR: A suicide blast occurred in Peshawar’s Hayatabad Phase 6 area, causing injuries to approximately 10 individuals, as confirmed by SP Cantt Waqas Rafiq.
The blast took place near a Frontier Corps (FC) vehicle, resulting in the destruction of two vehicles. Among the injured, seven are security personnel, and all have been transported to Hayatabad Medical Complex and CMH for medical treatment.
Police authorities suspect that the terrorists targeted the security forces. Two of the injured individuals are in critical condition, while further investigation into the incident is currently underway.
