The spokesperson explained that an agreement about the certificate was made between the University of Karachi and the Governor House, but it has not been put into action yet. Just doing the course is not enough; there are some conditions too.

The spokesperson said the University of Karachi needs approval from its Academic Council before following the agreement. Candidates must have at least an intermediate-level education. The university will test the candidates, and only those who pass the test will get the certificate.
