Quetta: Usman Buzdar, the former Chief Minister of Punjab and a member of the PTI party, has declared his intention to withdraw from political affairs following his condemnation of the events that took place on May 9.
During a press conference, Usman Buzdar expressed his strong disapproval of the incidents that occurred on May 9, emphasizing that the targeted facilities were national institutions. He emphasized that throughout his political career, he has consistently advocated for honorable politics.
Buzdar, the former Chief Minister of Punjab, affirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for the military and urged all stakeholders to work together towards a brighter future for the nation.
Furthermore, Buzdar highlighted his three-year tenure in serving the people of Punjab and his commitment to promoting politics with integrity. He also mentioned that he has been involved in legal cases for the past 14 months, expressing the need for leniency towards innocent individuals.
